How to Enable Microphone Access on Different Devices and Browsers

To use voice features on our app or website, you may need to grant microphone permissions. Follow the instructions below for your specific browser or device.

For Desktop Browsers

Google Chrome (Windows/Mac)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Go to Privacy and security > Site settings.
  4. Under Permissions, click Microphone.
  5. Find our site in the list or manually add it, then select Allow.

Mozilla Firefox (Windows/Mac)

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click on the menu (three lines) in the top-right corner and select Options.
  3. Go to Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll down to Permissions and find Microphone.
  5. Click Settings and allow microphone access for our website.

Microsoft Edge (Windows)

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
  3. Select Cookies and site permissions > Microphone.
  4. Find our website or add it manually and select Allow.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari and go to Preferences.
  2. Select the Websites tab.
  3. In the sidebar, select Microphone.
  4. Find our website in the list and set it to Allow.

For Mobile Devices

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and select Safari.
  3. Under Settings for Websites, tap Camera & Microphone.
  4. Make sure Ask or Allow is selected for microphone access.

For specific apps:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
  2. Toggle on the switch for the app to allow microphone access.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Tap on the three dots in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
  3. Select Site settings > Microphone.
  4. Ensure that the microphone is enabled, and check if our site is allowed.

For specific apps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps > [App Name] > Permissions.
  3. Toggle on Microphone to allow access.
